By using this website, booking a lesson or contacting Kent Test Driving School,
you agree to these terms.

Lesson services

Lessons are provided by Kent Test Driving School and its DVSA-approved
instructors. Times, prices and availability shown on this website may
change. The price confirmed at the point of booking applies.

Bookings and payments

• Bookings are confirmed once payment is successful.
• Payments are processed securely by Stripe directly to the school's
  connected Stripe account.
• You are responsible for being ready at the agreed pickup point at the
  start of your lesson.

Conduct

You must hold a valid UK provisional or full driving licence and meet
the DVSA eyesight requirement. Instructors may end a lesson where
behaviour or fitness to drive is unsafe; no refund applies in those
cases.

Liability

Nothing in these terms limits liability for death, personal injury
caused by negligence or any other liability that cannot lawfully be
limited. Otherwise, our liability is limited to the price paid for the
affected lesson.
