Refund & Cancellation Policy

Cancellation by you

• More than 48 hours before your lesson: full refund or free
  rebook.
• Between 24 and 48 hours: 50% refund or free rebook.
• Less than 24 hours or no-show: no refund.

Cancellations must be requested by email to support+kent-test-driving-school@zaryon.co.uk.

Cancellation by us

If we have to cancel a lesson for any reason (instructor illness,
vehicle issue, severe weather, etc.) you will be offered a free rebook
or a full refund of the affected lesson.

Block bookings and courses

Unused lessons in a block booking are refundable on a pro-rata basis,
less any sessions already taken at the standard hourly rate.

How refunds are made

Refunds are processed by Stripe back to the original payment method,
usually within 5–10 working days.
